Meals-in-the-Home delivery : special service catered for residents within the Islington Borough who are not mobile and require a freshly cooked Chinese meal delivered between Mondays and Fridays. It costs £3.00 per meal, which includes three dishes accompanied with rice and fruit. Please contact the office for more details.

LUNCHEON CLUB FOR THE ELDERLY : Every Monday to Friday, lunch is served at 12.30pm . The price is £3.30 (with effect from 1/4/2009) for members and £5 for non-members. Please make your reservation by calling the Office before 11.30am

ELDERLY BIRTHDAY PARTY :Birthday parties are held in March, June, September and December to celebrate the elders' birthday. Each birthday 'boy' and 'girl' receives a present. Cost: £8.00 per person for members and £10.00 for non-members. The next party will be held on  at ICA. Please check our website updates for details.

FREE CLINIC : there is a free clinic service available on a regular basic. The service is provided by Dr. Frank Lie, a cardiologist working for National Health Service.  He is also Director of registered charity Tzu Chi Foundation UK. Registration is not required in advance. Pease come to ICA before 10:30 on the specific day. The next free clinic is March 21th (Monday), 10:30-12:30. HAIRCUT : This service is available on Tuesday, once a month - the next one is on 18/03/2011(Friday).  Thanks to Master Ngai. Fees: Over 90 years of age is FREE; over 60 years of age: £4, under 60 yrs old: £6, kids under 10: £6. Appointments can be made with the Office. Priority will be given to those members who are staying for lunch on that day. PLEASE NOTE: Wash your hair before coming for your haircut.

雲想衣裳花想容---理髮服務: 此項服務每月某一個週二舉行。會員收費: 10歲以下小童3鎊, 60-89歲4鎊, 11-59歲6磅，90歲以上免費。午膳會長者優先報名。理髮前請自行預先洗好頭髮。 下次理髮時間為2011年3月18日（週五）（特別鳴謝顏兆霖師傅）
