Lady Katy Tse Blair had organised or participated in numerous fundraising activities for Islington Chinese Association for more than two decades. However, it is the very first time Katy sings specifically for ICA for nearly an entire afternoon. There can only be one word to describe her bravery: EXTRAORDINARY!
