Meals-in-the-Home delivery : special service catered for residents within the Islington Borough who are not mobile and require a freshly cooked Chinese meal delivered between Mondays and Fridays. It costs £3.00 per meal, which includes three dishes accompanied with rice and fruit. Please contact the office for more details. |

ELDERLY BIRTHDAY PARTY : Birthday parties are held in March, June, September and December to celebrate the elders' birthday. Each birthday 'boy' and 'girl' receives a present. Cost: £8.00 per person for members and £10.00 for non-members. The next party will be held on Wednesday 19/5/2010 at ICA. |

HAIRCUT : This service is available on Tuesday, once a month - the next one is on 20/4/2010. Thanks to Master Ngai. Fees: Over 90 years of age is FREE; over 50 years of age: £4, under 50 yrs old: £6. Appointments can be made with the Office. Priority will be given to those members who are staying for lunch on that day. PLEASE NOTE: Wash your hair before coming for your haircut. |

BLOOD PRESSURE AND WEIGHT CHECKS : there will be a free service available for the elderly on a regular basic, where they can have their blood pressure and weight taken. Registration is required in advance. Pease contact the office for details and make an appointment before coming to the centre. |
