GENERAL INFORMATION & HELP

General Information & Help is specially designed to provide a free and confidential service to the Chinese community. The service provided includes: welfare benefits, help with reading letters and filling in forms.  ICA does not provide advice on immigration or law related matters. A leaflet in Chinese is available at ICA. The service is available every Thursday, with occasional session on Friday at 10.30am - 2pm. Please call the Office on 020 7263 5986 to book an appointment. We do not provide any advice over the phone.

BEFRIENDING SCHEME

Funded by the Wates Foundation, a befriending scheme has been made possible since early 2008 for vulnerable, housebound Chinese people, living within Islington Borough.  We are in the process of taking this scheme beyond Islington to reach those who are in need.  For more details, or for those with relatives who may benefit from such a service, please contact Susie Yau, the Project Co-ordinator, on 020 7263 5986, or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
